Very pleased to see direct confirmation from Jim Jordan, Chair of the House Judiciary Committee, that Congress is considering backing up our GRANITE Act shield bill in Wyoming, HB 70, with federal action.

I can also confirm today that the New Hampshire GRANITE Act is back from dormancy. The team has reconvened and is working together with the Wyoming team to get a bill to the floor in New Hampshire this session, by amending a bill that has already been introduced. The NH effort is being quarterbacked by Representatives Keith Ammon, Calvin Beaulier, Travis Corcoran, and Joe Sweeney. So we could have two shield bills live by July 1st, if both efforts succeed.
