I didn’t think Britain had a constitution at all, other than the Magna Carta?
It has one but it is unwritten – they refer to a series of rules and conventions as “the constitution” but ultimately the one rule which overrides them all is that Parliament is supreme and its authority is unlimited. That needs to change if they’re going to have anything approximating a “right.”
