The West Virginia Senate introduced SB-923, the West Virginia GRANITE Act, yesterday.
That means there are two live GRANITE bills (HB-70 in Wyoming and SB-923 in WV), one bill to arrive shortly in New Hampshire (as an amendment to HB-1776) and a project spinning up in Delaware.
