Testimony before the Wyoming House Judiciary Committee on the GRANITE Act

My testimony today on the GRANITE Act before the Wyoming House Judiciary Committee.

Bill didn’t make it out of Committee today, but a couple of members were absent for the vote and will be back later this week… stay tuned. (Starts at 1:29:35)

UPDATE, 18 FEB 2026 – GRANITE passed out of Committee and is headed to the House:

After a brief hiccup earlier in the week, the Wyoming GRANITE Act has passed the Wyoming House Judiciary Committee and it’s headed to the full House! 6-2.
