As the first federal legislative action on foreign censorship following the rollout of UK OSA and EU DSA occurred today, I am creating this legislative tracker to track bill statuses.
Depending on how ambitious the U.S. Congress and the states are when it comes to defending the First Amendment, the emerging legal regime being tracked here may wind up being of equal importance to the EU Digital Services Act and UK/Australian Online Safety Acts to U.S. companies doing worldwide Internet business.
As any new legislative proposals are introduced in the coming weeks and months I will add them, and track them, here.
