This from David Harrison over at Trade With Dave, who is quickly becoming my favourite private correspondent. On the case of Harrison v Sunstein [2050] 1 HL 233:

In Harrison v. Sunstein the case spells out how Harrison was “nudged” while he was engaged in his contract negotiations by Sunstein in such a way that Sunstein manipulated Harrison’s law firm by persuading them to submit a contract change that was actually Sunstein’s idea.  Although the court failed to prove that Sunstein acted in bad faith, the court’s electronic oracle had to abstain because of evidence that Sunstein himself had programmed the court’s genesis block
